🤍 A LITTLE BIT OF COUNTRY, A LOT OF LOVE 🤍

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming Emma & Duncan to Rolling Green Fairways to celebrate their wedding day with family and friends.

After saying “I do” at the family farm and celebrating supper with Emma’s parents, the party continued here in our Pavilion with 150 guests, rustic barnboard details, black linens, twinkling lights and a beautiful rustic chandelier.

The little details made it theirs — from the DIY décor to the candy & pickle table, cupcakes and cookies, and a late-night pizza lunch to keep everyone dancing and celebrating.

And after 8 years together, including a fifth date that happened to be Emma’s graduation, this celebration was a pretty special milestone for this family of three. 🥰

Congratulations, Emma & Duncan! We’re so happy you chose Rolling Green Fairways to be part of your celebration and wish you many more years of love, laughter and family memories. 🤍

✨ A LOVE WRITTEN IN THE STARS ✨

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of celebrating Akayla & Brendan as they said “I do” at Rolling Green Fairways.

From their galaxy-themed décor and planet centrepieces to the stars lighting up the ceiling, they created a celebration that was completely their own. The ceremony was held right here in the clubhouse before we transformed the space for their evening reception.

The menu kept everyone fuelled for the celebration, with Greek Parmesan chicken, garlic mash, Caesar salad, dill macaroni salad, corn on the cob, and a late-night poutine bar. 🤍

Congratulations, Akayla & Brendan! We were so happy to be part of your special day and wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter and adventures among the stars. ✨

What started as Karly’s dream of a small backyard wedding turned into something even more special — a beautiful, intimate celebration at Rolling Green Fairways, and a full-circle moment for her family. 🤍

Karly’s parents were married here too, making their wedding day a place where family history and new memories came together. And in one of the sweetest details of the day, Karly’s two little boys carried the *same ring bearer pillows* that were used at her parents’ wedding. 🥹

Their ceremony in the clubhouse featured 42 chairs, a triangle archway and a classic unlit backdrop. Afterwards, the space was transformed into their reception, with patio lights and a fabric ceiling kit creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Dinner featured 8 oz medium steaks with mushrooms and garlic toast, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, roasted dill carrots, Caesar salad and dill macaroni salad — finished off with mini doughnuts. 🍩

But one of the most memorable moments came after supper, when their oldest little guy sang to his mom, Karly. The sweetest little moment on an already incredibly special day. ❤️

From one generation to the next, it truly was a celebration filled with love, family and a little bit of magic.

A beautiful, warm overcast day at Rolling Green Fairways for Justine and Andrew’s wedding — filled with personal touches, DIY details, and plenty of Prairie charm. 🤍

Their ceremony at the Trapper’s Cabin featured 16 benches and a beautiful octagon archway they made themselves, followed by a b**r cart celebration before heading into their reception. Inside, the classic unlit ceiling kit, rustic chandelier, and their handmade backdrop created the perfect setting for the evening.

Dinner was a hearty spread of roast beef with horseradish buns, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, Caesar salad and Greek pasta salad — followed later by a poutine bar for the late-night crowd. 🍴

And of course, the signature drinks were perfectly them: a spiced rum & Coke for Andrew, a pickle Caesar for Justine, and a Swedish Fish shot in honour of their cat, Terry. 🐱💗

From Paradise Hill and Paradise Valley to a wedding day made completely their own, congratulations to the newlyweds! We were so happy to be part of your celebration. 🥂

A beautiful day celebrating a beautiful love story. 🤍

After 8 years together, Sheniya & Matthew said “I do” at the Trappers Cabin at Rolling Green Fairways, surrounded by their family and friends.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect — not too hot, not too windy, and just before the ceremony began, the sun came out to make the day even more special. ☀️

From their intimate ceremony and b**r cart to a beautifully lit reception filled with great food, dancing and celebration, every detail came together to create a truly memorable day.

We were so happy to be part of it. Congratulations, Sheniya & Matthew! Here’s to many more years of love, laughter and adventures together. 🥂🤍

💍✨ Congratulations, Tristen & Blaine! ✨💍

It couldn't have been a more perfect summer day for Tristen and Blaine to say "I do" at Rolling Green Fairways—comfortable temperatures, just the right amount of breeze, and plenty of love surrounding them. ❤️

Their ceremony at the Trappers Cabin was beautifully set with 80 chairs, black chair covers, and a stunning circular archway before the celebration moved into an elegant reception filled with warm lighting, rustic touches, and thoughtful DIY details.

The couple brought their own personal touches to every part of the day, from their signature drinks—a Raspberry Margarita for the bride and a Passionfruit Mule for the groom—to their cupcake dessert table and late-night Taco in a Bag for 80 hungry guests! 🌮

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner of BBQ pulled pork, pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, mac & cheese, signature medley, Caesar salad, and classic pasta salad before celebrating late into the evening.

After two years together, Tristen & Blaine's wedding was a beautiful celebration of their next chapter. Thank you for choosing Rolling Green Fairways to be part of it!

One of our favourite details? The bride grew all of the flowers herself! 🌿🌸 There's something especially beautiful about seeing such a personal touch become part of a couple's wedding day.

We're so excited to share a few stunning images from Camryn & Aaron's wedding day, beautifully captured by Jordan. Every photo brings us right back to a day filled with love, laughter, and so many thoughtful details that made their celebration uniquely theirs.

One of our favourite parts of hosting weddings at Rolling Green Fairways is helping couples bring their vision to life. From the first planning meeting to the final dance, our team works alongside each couple to create a celebration that reflects their story, style, and the moments that matter most.

It's also a wonderful reminder of how special our local wedding community is. We're always grateful when photographers, florists, DJs, planners, and other talented vendors share their work with us. Not only does it allow us to relive these incredible celebrations, but it also showcases the creativity, passion, and partnerships that make every wedding day so memorable.

💍✨ Congratulations to Britni & Darren! ✨💍

Surrounded by family and friends, Britni and Darren celebrated their love with a beautiful summer wedding at Rolling Green Fairways.

Their elegant outdoor ceremony took place in our Greenspace, where a stunning circular arch and thoughtfully decorated ceremony space—beautifully arranged by the bride's mom—created the perfect setting to say "I do."

The celebration continued with an intimate reception for 89 guests, featuring warm rustic lighting, personalized DIY décor, delicious food, and a signature Raspberry Lemon Drop crafted especially for the bride.

Guests enjoyed a comforting wedding dinner of turkey with stuffing, gravy, scalloped potatoes, dill carrots, Caesar and spinach salads before celebrating the happy couple well into the evening.

Thank you, Britni & Darren, for choosing Rolling Green Fairways to be part of your special day. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, laughter, and wonderful memories together. ❤️
