FLASH CLASS Descriptions:
Kickboxing
Capacity 10 participants
All levels
- Using combinations of punching + kicking this class will give you a great full body workout.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear.
Chair Pilates
Capacity 12 participants
Beginner/Intermediate
- Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
- Low impact, full-body workout focused on controlled movements and breath awareness.
- Mindful and effective approach to movement that leaves you feeling centered and energized.
Resistance Band & Core
Capacity 10 participants
- A full-body workout using resistance bands to build strength, stability, and endurance.
- Core exercises to improve balance and overall strength.
- Effective movements designed to leave you feeling strong and energized!
Stability Ball & Step
Capacity 12 participants
- Medium to high intensity workouts utilizing body weight movements and minimal equipment.
- Classes will target the whole body in a circuit fashion.
- Participants will perform full body movements, floor exercises and static exercises.
Sunday Stretch
Capacity 12 participants
- A low-impact class focused on stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
- Gentle movement designed to help reduce tension and improve range of motion.
- Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the week ahead!
