Welcome back to the Spring Semester students. Here is a great resource to keep a healthy mind and body at home.

Fleming Counselling, Health Services and Athletics and Recreation presents Coach, a weekly communication series to help you maintain connections and gain a greater understanding of wellness while studying remotely. Coach tips will focus on mental health, staying physically active, good nutrition, and coping with stress.
