Lethbridge Comics, Cards and Collectibles sale.
1. Send in payment. Payment E-Transfer or PayPal. Or pay in person (your space is not reserved until payment is received)
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your application within 7 business days.
3. You will be required to check in onsite for directions for setup.
4. Setup and move in will be on Saturday Morning August 10, 2024 from at 8:00 am until 10 am. Watch page for set up time. We might be able to set up the night before.
5. Start time is at 10:00 am and the sale lasts until 5:00 pm.

BOOTLEG POLICY
Any exhibitors selling bootleg items will be asked to remove these items from their booth(s). If these items are put back out for sale during the show, or if the exhibitor refuses to comply, the exhibitor will be removed from the convention immediately, and will not be refunded any payment(s) made for their booth. WEAPONS POLICY
No metal based weapons may be sold to attendees under the age of 18. Please keep in mind that we are trying to make this a safe event for everyone. Weapons must remain sheathed at all times. The Lethbridge Comic and Card sale reserves the right to ask the exhibitor to remove items for sale should they be considered dangerous, improperly handled, etc. Also no fi****ms (including air rifles, air soft or paintball guns) may be displayed or sold at Lethbridge Comic and Card sale. FIRE REGULATIONS & CLEANLINESS
Exhibitor must maintain their areas clean both during and after the show. Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage caused by them to the exhibit area. Exhibitor displays must meet fire codes, and will be subject to fire marshal inspection. No portion of a display, boxes, packing materials, etc. shall obstruct any aisle or doorway unless permission given. All Fire Extinguishers, Hose Cabinets, Fire Exits, Fire Alarms cannot be blocked or covered at any time during the show. Smoking is not permitted.. PAYMENT
Exhibitor understands the payment policy and agrees to pay the fees as listed on the Exhibitor Application. The exhibitor can share and can sublet table space. Lethbridge Comics, cards and Collectibles are not responsible for theft or vandalism of items.
