Our Story

This is our FIFTH Annual show. Make sure to mark it on your calendar. On Saturday September 26, 2020. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4 North Entrance, Lethbridge, Alberta. This event will have a variety of vendors with Comic Books, sports cards, hot wheels, toys, books, currency and many other collectibles. Admission only $2.00. Vendors contact Ricky, phone or text me at 403 315 0547. email [email protected]. Exhibitor Application for Lethbridge Comic and Card sale 1. Consider if you want a second 8X3 table for $10.00 more. Indicate your choice on the application form. 2. Send in payment. Email invoice than send in payment Interac e-Transfer or money order. Or pay in person with your application form (your space is not reserved until payment is received) 3. You will receive a confirmation email with your application within 7 business days of receiving your application. 4. You will be required to check in onsite for directions for setup. 5. Setup and move in will be on Saturday Morning September 26, 2020. at 8:00 am until 10:00 am. 6. Start time is at 10:00 am and the sale lasts until 5:00 pm. EXHIBIT SPACE Exhibitor agrees to remain setup during all open hours of the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale. Early move out is permitted with consent from Lethbridge Comic and Card sale. VENUE Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4 North Entrance, Lethbridge, Alberta EVENT HOURS Saturday September 26, 2020 10 am - 5 pm BOOTLEG POLICY Any exhibitors selling bootleg items will be asked to remove these items from their booth(s). If these items are put back out for sale during the show, or if the exhibitor refuses to comply, the exhibitor will be removed from the convention immediately, and will not be refunded any payment(s) made for their booth. WEAPONS POLICY No metal based weapons may be sold to attendees under the age of 18. Please keep in mind that we are trying to make this a safe event for everyone. Weapons must remain sheathed at all times. The Lethbridge Comic and Card sale reserves the right to ask the exhibitor to remove items for sale should they be considered dangerous, improperly handled, etc. Also no fi****ms (including air rifles, air soft or paintball guns) may be displayed or sold at Lethbridge Comic and Card sale. FIRE REGULATIONS & CLEANLINESS Exhibitor must maintain their areas clean both during and after the show. Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage caused by them to the exhibit area. Exhibitor displays must meet fire codes, and will be subject to fire marshal inspection. No portion of a display, boxes, packing materials, etc. shall obstruct any aisle or doorway unless permission given. All Fire Extinguishers, Hose Cabinets, Fire Exits, Fire Alarms cannot be blocked or covered at any time during the show. Smoking is not permitted in Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4. PAYMENT Exhibitor understands the payment policy and agrees to pay the fees as listed on the Exhibitor Application. The exhibitor can share and can sublet table space. Please make cheques payable to “Ricky Bast”. Completed application and payment can be mailed to Ricky Bast. Payment can be made via E Transfer, requests can be sent to [email protected] or phone 1 403 315 0547 to arrange an in person meeting REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS No Refunds or exchanges after September 16, 2020. SALES TAX Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of GST as required by law. ADULT MERCHANDISE Exhibitor agrees not to sell or distribute any adult material to minors. All ‘Adults Only’ material must be either behind the table, or if displayed, must be bagged and/or covered so that minors cannot open it. Any adult material depicting nudity or sexual conduct must be covered (blinded). Adult videos and magazines are not allowed to be openly displayed. LIABILITY & SECURITY Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich are not responsible for any theft or loss. Exhibitor is responsible for their own security during the show hours. The Exhibitor agrees to protect, keep, and save the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich, the promoter of the event, forever harmless from any damage (s) or charge (s) imposed for violations of any ordinance or regulation by the Exhibitor, his/her employees or agents, as well as failure to comply with the terms and agreements of this contract. Further, Exhibitors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and keep harmless Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich against and from any loss, cost, damage, liability, or expense which arises out of or from or by reason of any act or omission of the Exhibitor, his/her employees, or agents. In the event that the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich or Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4 any part of the exhibit area thereof is unavailable, whether for the entire event or a portion of the event, as a result of fire, flood, tempest, snow storm, or other such cause, or as a result of governmental intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, labor disputes, riot, or agency which the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich has no control, or should the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich decide that because of any such cause it is necessary to cancel, postpone, or resite the show, or reduce installation time, exhibit time, or move out time, the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a result there of The Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all contract regulations contained herein, and the power to make such amendments thereto, and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary and proper. The foregoing represents the agreement between the undersigned Exhibitor and Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich, the promoters of the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast and Ryan Ulrich for the sale held on September 26, 2020. INSURANCE The Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast, Ryan Ulrich, and Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4, its’ staff, management, officers, or agents will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to property or persons during the times of the move in, during the event, or move out. SETUP & MOVEOUT Exhibitor setup and move out instructions will be provided in advance. Exhibitors that require special attention, please contact the Lethbridge Comic and Card sale, Ricky Bast or Ryan Ulrich for special arrangements.
