TAKE HOME A SUNFLOWER—THEN TURN IT INTO A SNACK! 🌻

Visit Bedford Landing Farms and pick up a beautiful sunflower seed head. Harvest, roast and enjoy the seeds at home for a fun, family-friendly farm-to-table activity! 😋

Sunflower Seed Heads
$5 each
3 for $15

HOW TO HARVEST & ROAST:

1️⃣ Let the sunflower dry until the back turns yellow/brown and the seeds are plump.

2️⃣ Rub the seeds into a bowl, remove any flower pieces and rinse well.

3️⃣ For salted seeds: Soak in 4 cups of water + ¼ cup salt for several hours or overnight.

4️⃣ Drain and spread on a baking sheet.

5️⃣ 🔥 Roast at 325°F for 25–35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dry and lightly toasted.

6️⃣ Cool, season and enjoy! 😋
