CALLING ALL VENDORS!

The Landmark Friendship Festival is shaping up to be a BIG day and we only have 15 vendor spaces remaining!

We’re expecting 600+ attendee’s through the festival on Saturday, with tons happening all day:
Kid bouncers & family activities
Food trucks
A separate slow pitch tournament
…and more!

The Landmark Friendship Festival is back and 2026 is going to be one you don’t want to miss!

We’ve got the band locked in, the best bouncers ready to bring the fun, and some seriously good eats on the way. Plus, we’re adding a few new treats this year so there’s something for all ages to enjoy.

Our committee is beyond excited and counting down the days to festival weekend! It’s shaping up to be one of our best yet!

🌟 Vendor Applications Are Open – Landmark Friendship Festival 2026! 🌟

Plans are already underway for the 2026 Landmark Friendship Festival, happening July 24–26, and we’re excited to invite vendors to be part of this well loved community celebration!

The Vendor Village will take place:
📅 Saturday, July 25, 2026
⏰ 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Landmark Arena – 2 Robert Koop Road, Landmark, MB

Each year the festival draws hundreds of visitors throughout the day, with families enjoying the Family Fun Zone, Vendor Village, and a busy slow-pitch tournament, creating steady foot traffic and a lively atmosphere.

🛍 Vendor Details:
• Outdoor event (unsheltered area)
• Approx. 10’ x 10’ space
• $25 space fee
• Vendors may bring their own tent/canopy, tables, and chairs
• No electricity available
• Space is limited, and priority will be given to local businesses

The Landmark Friendship Festival is happening on Saturday, July 25, 2026, and we’re looking for amazing food trucks to join the fun!

This community celebration brings together families, friends, and visitors for a full day of entertainment, activities, and connection and great food is a HUGE part of the experience!

If you’re a food truck owner serving up crowd favourites (sweet, savory, international, classic fair eats, we want it all!), we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteers Needed!

The Landmark Friendship Festival is a huge part of what brings our community together each year. But, it takes a team to make it happen.

Right now, our festival committee is made up of 4 volunteers. The workload is too much for such a small group, and without more committed help, we may be forced to scale back some festival activities this year.

We are looking for community members who can help with planning, coordination, and event day support.

What's in it for you? Not only will you be part of an awesome team that brings joy to our community, but we'll say thank you with some day-of event perks, like vouchers to one of the delicious food trucks!

As a community, we honour their courage, their sacrifices, and the peace they made possible.
At 11:00 a.m., take a moment of silence to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

✨ A Huge Thank You to the Landmark Friendship Festival Committee! ✨

A lot of work goes into planning a festival and we mean a lot. From booking bouncers, fireworks, food vendors, sound systems, and live music, to organizing security, sponsorships, schedules, and setup, it’s nearly a year round effort.

This amazing team spends 11 months planning, coordinating, and problem solving behind the scenes to make sure our festival runs smoothly.

And then… the big weekend arrives. And what a weekend it was! 🎉

Seeing it all come to life, the music, the laughter, the food, the dancing, the joy, was nothing short of phenomenal! None of it would be possible without the dedication, passion, and countless hours put in by the Landmark Friendship Festival Committee.

From start to finish, you made it all happen and our community felt it.

Thank you for pouring your hearts into this. You made something truly special. 💛
