Very sad news to share about one of our favourite Fringe Festival boosters and volunteers, Gerry Eberle.
We first met Gerry and his wife Michelle as they volunteered for Kelowna Fringe Festival. After that we became fast friends and Gerry served on New Vintage Theatre board and as a committee member for Kelowna Fringe Festival.
Gerry loved the Fringe and he and Michelle attended every performance they could-whether the seats were full or not, you could count on Gerry and Michelle.
Fringe Festivals rely on the volunteerism of amazing people like Gerry.
Gerry, thank you for all you have done for the arts in the Okanagan and in Saskatchewan for Persephone Theatre.
You were loved and will be missed.

Black Cat Cabaret & 10 Minute Play Festival is Back
Feb.21 at 7pm & Feb.22 at 2pm
Black Box Theatre-1375 Water Street, Kelowna

Six Canadian playwright finalists new work is presented by New Vintage directors and actors at this annual funky and fun celebration of short play supremacy.
Audiences dress to impress in their best black cat and get to vote for their favourites all vying for their chance to win $500 and the kitschy cool Black Cat Cup.

We are so proud of Back To The Fringe 2025 Festival. Since we are wrapping up 2025, here's a on Kelowna International Fringe Festival featuring just some of our favourite moments.
With the cancellation of BC Events & Festivals Fund we are using 2026 as a year to learn more about other festivals and plan for the future.
