Dear Jamboree Fans

We know that you are waiting for news about the Jamboree and Refunds for the “missed” show and moving forward, the future of the Jamboree.

We are so happy that we have been able to provide you with 30 years of entertainment and fun, meeting new friends and reminiscing with old ones. We have watched 4 generations of families attend the Jamboree – it truly has become a Tradition in our lifetime..... and we are a “family”.

This makes it even harder.

We regret to tell you that the Havelock Country Jamboree (as you know it – with Ed & Paula at the helm) will be closing the gates and the stages, permanently.

COVID hit us hard. Relationships broke down; and ‘ age’ is appearing to have taken its toll. We have reached the end of our “working” years. We are sorry. We did struggle trying to remain open when we could; work from home when we were ordered to; but for all of our efforts – it came to naught. The struggle was just too great at this age and stage of our lives.

We have been ordered by the court to sell all the properties. Lawyers counselled us to remain silent about the closing and that is the reason we were not able to tell you sooner. But as time marched on – we knew it was time to list the properties.

We really can’t say any more, at this point, but know how anxious ticket holders are. Please be advised that it is our intention to issue refunds for tickets held, but as the sale works its way through the real estate process, at this time our hands are tied. But as soon as we are able – first monies go back to you, our loyal and dedicated fans. We have always intended to refund you as I believe most people know.

30 years. It is a very long time to host a venue and we have enjoyed every minute with you. Whether you were with us for 30 years or 1 year, we thank you for supporting the Havelock Country Jamboree.

It is a sad day for the Jamboree.... but a good day for all Ticket Holders..... Refunds will be issued as the lands begin to sell.... GoodBye, dear friends and family. We hope you all remember us fondly. We miss you so much! Take care of yourselves and your families.... New Adventures for everyone!

Dear Jamboree Fans!

We want to thank you for 30 fantastic years! The 30th Anniversary in 2019 was one we can all be proud to say we were a part of, as it truly was the celebration we all dreamed it could be.

Sadly, none of us could have predicted the following year would bring a pandemic that would shut the World down bringing everything to a halt. And then again in 2021! Covid-19 has been devastating for the music industry.

We are very sorry to announce that there will not be a 2022 Havelock Country Jamboree. We are uncertain as to what will happen for 2023 at this time and are working to figure everything out. We would like to assure you that we are aware of how important the Jamboree is and how we have become a family…..

In the meantime, as to the issue of refunds, we are working on that as well and will advise as soon as we can.

Hang tight – We know you are looking for updates on 2022! We are working out all the details moving forward during these trying times. We will have news for you by the end of May. The office remains closed at this time. We are reading emails and we are doing our best to get through them.

YES, it is true, the Ontario Government has shut the Jamboree down again....along with all other large events...... we all know why.....and we know we just have to carry on – as best as we can!

DON’T GIVE UP HOPE!!! – WE’RE NOT!!!! We have been in touch with our Entertainers and MOST HAVE CONFRIMED TO PLAY OUR NEXT AUGUST DATE!!! Keep Posted for Updates.

We have read your emails and messages of support on social media & your dedication and loyalty to the Jamboree is unparalleled - our festival has THE BEST FANS ever!!! Thank you ALL so much! for being so patient and in trusting us to do what we have to do. As you can imagine, there are many moving parts to planning a Jamboree – and many more to postponing one, under these historic circumstances.

All 2020 & 2021 Tickets will be automatically honoured for the rescheduled 2022 date - fans do not have to do a thing. Watch for details on the new deadlines for reserved sites etc. as we work out how this plays out with the postponement of the show.

So, thanks to ALL of you! – OUR WHOLE JAMBO FAMILY - It has been You that have made this event so successful over the past 30 years and we are grateful that we can continue to count on your support as we move forward. We held off as long as we could, with the hope that the vaccine rollout would have been the answer to a wonderful summer and a fantastic show.

We are stronger together - please stay safe and healthy so we celebrate together in 2022! Our current plan is to REOPEN THE OFFICE come December 1st, 2021......and begin preparations for your show! THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING THE DEDICATED FANS YOU ARE!!! We are striving to do our BEST and give you back your Havelock!

Jamboree Office CLOSED Due To Stay At Home Order!

Hey Jambo Fans... Team Havelock hopes you are enjoying the Spring weather and are taking care of each other. Ontario announced another Province Wide Stay At Home Order so we are doing just that. The Ontario Government has said there is still a good chance Summer will look better so we are staying positive and planning a fantastic show in August. The office will open again once the Stay At Home or Lockdown order lifts. In the meantime you can order online or email us. No worries your sites are safe we are not releasing anything. 2020 tickets and site purchases are good for 2021.

Happy New Year!

We hope you all had a safe and happy Christmas, and are looking forward to 2021.

Ontario has issued a Province wide lockdown and for everyone to stay safe we must close our Office….However, we will still be processing Ticket Orders Online. Still moving forward and still hopeful for a fantastic show in August 2021!! Thank you all for your patience on this Pandemic Journey that we all find ourselves on. We find our inspiration from you fans that urge us on! And that’s what keeps us planning and organizing how we can best enjoy the Jamboree with the restrictions we know will be in place. Your safety is our main concern! We will have a fantastic show in August!

Those of you that are trying to purchase your Reserved Sites prior to the deadline Dec. 31/20, please note that you can do so at www.havelockjamboree.com or if you are not comfortable with online purchases please email [email protected] letting us know you want your sites and we will call you when we can, to get you settled in. Please note that we are NOT GOING to resell your sites while the office is closed and when we return, we will reach out to our past customers first to make sure they are settled in prior to releasing anything.

Thank you to all of you on the ”waiting lists” for campsites for your patience – for the calls and reminders that you still want that campsite! Please understand we are trying to be fair to all fans and get everyone the site they want… So Sorry for the delay, but as we all have – we learn to deal with things on a day to day basis. We will get you all settled in upon our return.

So here’s to a fantastic New Year!! 2021 awaits us!
