As the air gets lighter, and the days get longer, we're already dreaming ahead to when we'll be back out at Harrison Lake in July for the Harrison Dragon Boat Festival! One of BC's most gorgeous areas comes alive as almost 70 teams take to the water- and the event's over 50% sold out now!

We're getting set for another great year- and with the festival already at 50% capacity, we can't wait for you to come out and join us on the water again! With almost 70 teams racing with us last year on Harrison Lake, we're gearing up for another fun day out on the water (and sand).

Yesterday was our favourite day of the year: thank you to all of our 66 teams; our visitors; our volunteers; our partners Real Canadian Superstore, Oddball Workshop, and Government of British Columbia; and our supporters for sneaking out for the ultimate dragon boat vacation in beautiful Harrison Lake!

The beach was teeming with energy and smiles, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Congratulations to our champions, Juice Dragon Boat and FCRCC Senior C Women for winning their divisions, and celebrating with us.

Full medal album coming shortly; we can't wait to see you again soon racing with us! The Harrison Dragon Boat Festival is organized by the Fraser Valley Paddling Club and Dragon Boat BC.

Plan your trip to the Festival this Saturday now; as one of the Village's most popular events, parking will be limited. We encourage you to carpool to the site to ensure there's enough space for everyone to get to the races! 🏁
