Registration is now open for both the Hampton Ladies Triathlon and Hampton Kids of Steel Triathlon!

The Kids of Steel Triathlon takes place on June 13th, offering young athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience the excitement of race day in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The Hampton Ladies Triathlon follows on June 14th, welcoming participants of all abilities to come together in celebration of strength, determination, and community.

Participants can choose to register individually or as part of a team, making it a great opportunity to compete solo or share the experience with friends!

Centennial Park Off Road Triathlon
We are excited to open registration for the 2nd edition of our Off-Road Triathlon in Centennial Park in Moncton. Race day is scheduled for Sunday 02 August and we will have a limit of 100 athletes. This is a great opportunity to try out a gravel style triathlon on non-technical trails in a fun, no pressure environment. The link to more info and to register is below.

Helena and I have decided to take a sabbatical from the Hampton Ladies Triathlon for 2026. We have run the race for 17 consecutive years, even through the Covid years. We both celebrate our 60th birthdays in 2026 and race weekend always coincides with my birthday and If I am being honest the physical and mental toll the race takes on us is quite high.

While we absolutely love this race and every single person who has raced, volunteered or officiated with us since our first event with 30 ladies we just feel the need to step away this year.

Its hard to write this and not think back to the early days of the race. If I have one stand out memory of Hampton Ladies Triathlon it is the year that Ellen Watters won the race and her mum, Nancy, was the final athlete to cross the finish line and that in a nutshell illustrates why we love this race so much.

Thank you everyone and if Ellens Tour is on Sat 06 June next year, I'll see you there. Thank you.

Having had a few days to reflect on last Sundays race we just wanted to thank everyone who raced with us.

The weather definitely co-operated thank goodness, and the atmosphere around the finish line was amazing.

We couldn't host this race without 40 or so fantastic volunteers who are front and center on race day and work hard behind the scenes (in foul weather on Saturday evening) to help make this race a success.

Our sincere thanks to everyone, we had a blast and hope you did so to.

Day 3 of the Hampton Ladies Triathlon
Transition is built, great to chat to some athletes this afternoon. Goodie and Volunteer bags are stuffed thanks to the small army of wonderful people who came out to help us build transition. Most of it was built before the heavens opened plus thunder and lightning. Forecast is for the rain to stop at 7.00am. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning.

Day 2
Swim times sent out. Reconfirmed everthing we booked for race weekend. Collected Uhaul #1. Loaded Uhaul, got some help this year due to my sore back and Helena Millar poorly elbow. Checked the weather forecast regularly all day for the weekend.

Day 1 of our Hampton Ladies Triathlon race weekend.

Collected Chocolate Milk from Saputo, water from Culligans, vouchers from Subway, flyers from the Town of Hampton. Had a meeting with Leisure Services in Hampton to make sure there is water in the pool 😃and that everything is set up for Saturday evening (transition build) and race day. Rode the bike route. Busy but fun day.
