It has been a week since we hosted the JUNO Awards Music Industry Awards Reception and Gala at Hamilton Convention Centre, and the excitement is still going strong. We are proud to have been part of such an incredible celebration of Canadian music. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners, and we are thrilled that the city of Hamilton played a role in this year’s JUNO celebrations.

What an experience it was to welcome the literary icon Margaret Atwood to the Hamilton Convention Centre. It was truly an evening that so many will remember.

On November 25, we had the honour of hosting An Evening With Margaret Atwood in support of Interval House Hamilton. The event aligned with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the global 16 Days of Activism campaign, creating a thoughtful space for reflection and conversation.

Margaret Atwood joined broadcaster Ralph Benmergui for a compelling discussion on literature, women’s rights, politics, and contemporary culture.
Proceeds directly support Interval House Hamilton and its vital programs that provide safety, counselling, advocacy, and community support for women and children.
