There’s only one thing we love more than the game of basketball… and that’s GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY!

Since founding the WDBA, Dave has always had this dream of rebuilding basketball courts for the community, and to see this coming to fruition is a dream come true!!!

Hard work really pays off we are proud to share this dream with him!

I am excited that Team Canada Men’s Basketball team will be playing against Greece in just two days! The game tips off at 3 PM, and I can’t wait to watch our team in action!

This is an exciting matchup, featuring two of the NBA’s top guards, Shai Alexander and Jamal Murray, along with seven more talented NBA players representing Canada. They will be up against one of the NBA’s best big men, Giannis Antetokounmpo from Greece.

On paper, this is the strongest Canadian men’s team I’ve ever seen, and I am confident they will secure a medal this year.

Let’s go for gold this year! Go Canada!

FIBA 3x3 Olympic basketball starts next week Tuesday!

We are really excited to see the worlds best FIBA 3x3 basketball players competing at the biggest world stage!

The Canadian women’s team will be playing at 12pm and they are currently ranked top 5 in the world.

Yesterday, one of WDBA’s own, and founder of Tyrell Edwards ( ) - was invited to a pro invitational, where he ran alongside .boy.scottie and 👀

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 is changing the game, in helping the youth not only achieve their goals in basketball, getting them where they want to be, but teaching them how to better themselves in working on their mental health.

We all have had those games where an outside factor has played a role in our performance.
Tyrell and Uerostep have been a key role in elevating the game for aspiring young athletes to battle on the court, and the mental health challenges that come along the way.
