One of Italy’s rarest cheeses is coming to Gusto’s Passport to Italy. 🇮🇹

Caciocavallo Podolico is produced in small quantities from the milk of free-grazing Podolico cows in southern Italy, then aged for more than a year to develop rich savoury notes of wild herbs, butter, toasted nuts and spice.

Often selling for $80+ per pound, its rarity comes from both tradition and nature.

At Passport to Italy, guests will have the rare opportunity to taste this celebrated cheese alongside regional Italian wines and flavours from across Italy.
