All guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. Young child
ren may not be permitted in some areas of Cos-Mania where signs will be posted. (For example, part of our gamers den may have games not appropriate for younger kids.) Everything in the main hall will be for all ages. No foul language, please! Many of our guests are young or do not appreciate the use of strong words --Even if you are in an area designated for older guests, please respect our no cursing or foul language rule! COSPLAY RULES: No sharp edges or projectile type accessories like guns, knives, baseball bats etc. Please keep your cosplay costume appropriate for young children and families. We reserve the right to ask you to not bring in items we feel are dangerous or inappropriate. Toy guns must be orange capped and we ask that any replica weapons or props be made from pliable plastic, papier-mâché, carboard or foam. Staffs or sticks will be assessed on a case by case basis. Safety of all our guests is our #1 priority! No photos or touching guests and cosplayers without the expressed permission of the individual. Respect all our guests, organizers and volunteers etc. All guests must be present to win a prize table prize; except for the Door Prize, which we will do our best to deliver. Draws will be made at 3:30pm
**If you feel you are in an unsafe situation at any time during this event please speak to of our organizers and we will contact the police as needed, es**rt you to your vehicle, bring you to a safer space or try help in any way that we can!**
Anyone being rude or inappropriate to our volunteers, vendors or guests may be asked to leave at any time. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE AND REVISE THESE RULES AS NEEDED! (Last updated September 9, 2017)
Please remember that this is the first year of this non-profit, community event intended for enjoyment. Our organizers are volunteers and all the money collected goes towards paying the cost of hall, entertainment and prizes etc.
