Chris Holmes Official:
Emerging from the 1980's Los Angeles music scene Chris Holmes is an American heavy metal guitarist and songwriter best known as the lead guitarist of the heavy metal band W.A.S.P..
Together with Blackie Lawless & Randy Piper he was one of the founding members of the band. Chris Holmes was a member of W.A.S.P. from 1982 to 1990 and again from 1996 to 2001.
W.A.S.P. gained notoriety for their shock rock themed image, lyrics and live performances. With their unique style of branding they were defined as the number one heavy metal touring act during their commercially successful periods. After leaving W.A.S.P. Chris went on to work with former bandmate Randy Piper on his music project called Animal & after a successful tour he relocated back to Los Angeles.

In 2012, Chris released his first solo album titled Nothing to Lose which he composed, performed & produced the music & vocals along with Motorhead's Phil Taylor who contributed the drumming & engineered the album. After the success of his first album, Chris started recording his second solo album titled S**tting Bricks & in 2015 it was released coinciding with their first show as Chris Holmes Mean Man in Nantes France. In 2016 a compilation cd was released titled C.H.P followed up in 2018 with the EP titled Under The Influence.
2019 took Chris Holmes & The Mean Men on their European Tour that brought them into Denmark, Sweden and ending in Norway.
In 2020 Chris Holmes embarks on The Chris Holmes & The Mean Men Born Wild Canadian Tour performing 17 shows Starting in Quebec City April 16,and ending in Victoria on May 9. . .
