From September 11 to 13, the Knights of Columbus and Cancer Assistance of Halton Hills will be managing entrances, parking, and supporting interactive activities at the 2026 Georgetown Fall Fair, in collaboration with the Georgetown Agricultural Society.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us! Registered volunteers will receive free park admission on the day of their shift. Students can earn 5.5 community service hours for each approximately 3.5-hour shift and allowing time for orientation and shift transitions.

* Volunteer duties include:

* Collecting entrance fees

* Directing vehicles to parking areas

* Assisting with interactive displays and activities

Police and security will be present throughout the weekend to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

We are sad to see Poutine Krazee go 😔 They have been a staple at our fair for many many years. Wishing Roger and his family all the best on their new adventures

A BIG thanks for 13 amazing years to all of our customers and followers!! We made a lot of friends across Ontario at the many festivals and events over the years. Time to move on to new adventures. You can now find the Poutine Krazee Trailer at its new stationary home on the beach boardwalk at Oshawa’s Lakeview Park. The new owners are have a ton of experience in the food industry and are eagerly preparing for the busy summer season and plan to open very soon.

What is 4-H? 4-H is a non-for-profit organization for over a century, 4-H Ontario has built youth into leaders in their communities and positive contributors to the world. 4-H is a place where youth learn to love who they are as they are empowered to ‘Learn To Do By Doing’ and build leadership and life skills that turn their dreams into reality. Discover all you can do and find your passion, no matter if that’s in agriculture, arts, science, recreation and beyond; there is something for everyone at 4-H.

Have you been thinking about registering for 4-H clubs in Halton Region? Don't miss out! Club start ups are around the corner. Online registration is available now at https://4-hontario.ca/youth/become-a-member/. Or join us on February 12th, anytime between 6pm to 8pm for in-person support to register, ask questions and meet the Volunteer Team at the Milton Fairgrounds - Hall 1. 2026 4-H membership costs $120 per youth, allowing you to join as many clubs as you are interested in participating (for 9-21 years).
