⚠️ IMPORTANT INFO FOR ARTIST APPLICANTS
We’ve discovered that several applications were not received due to a glitch in the form (the “Submit” button was hidden under the “Thank you” message, so it seems some people exited the form before pressing submit).

We’ve emailed everyone whose application was successfully received.

If you applied but did NOT receive an email from us tonight, please send us a DM and we’ll give you an extension to resubmit your application.

Artist applications are now open for Cap City 2026! Apply by 8 March for your chance to take part in our second Festival. Link in bio.

Important notes for applicants:
- Choose between a normal pre-booking spot, or a discounted walk-up only spot.
- We don’t approve or reject applications as they come in. After the deadline we look at all applications and make selections based on skill, styles and balancing visiting vs. local artists.

What’s new?
- bigger booths (10x10 for 2 artists), with options add-ons (extra tables, arm rests, chairs etc.)
- New location: Cap City 2026 is taking place at the Delta Fredericont ().

This year’s Cap City Tattoo Festival promises the same upscale vibe, incredble walk-in heavy artist lineup, and great music, food and drinks - with larger spaces to work, move and hang out. We’re so excited to be partnering with the Delta Fredericton for the 2nd Cap City Tattoo Festival!

To see tattooing recognized inside the Beaverbrook Art Gallery was a milestone for our community. We are proud to witness tattooing gaining the recognition it deserves in the art world - celebrated not only for its history, meaning, beauty and skill, but also for the boundary-pushing creativity that continues to expand what’s possible.

Thank you to the team and for hosting this special event, to spasaqsit possesom and Bernard for their inspiring words, and to all the artists, vendors, sponsors, performers, and staff who made our first event one to remember. Special thanks as well to and for their live tattoo demos, for the beautiful music, and to for capturing it all so beautifully.

That’s a wrap on the first Cap City Tattoo Festival! We will be posting more from the event in the coming days and weeks, but wanted to say a quick thank you to all the people who came out to support us, and all the artists, vendors, sponsors and partners who took a chance on a brand new event!
