Nous avons de bonnes nouvelles. Nos sessions de badminton vont recommencés le lundi 13 septembre.

Voici les détails:
Temps: 19h30 à 21h30
Date: Chaque lundi (13 septembre jusqu'à fin mai 2022)
Lieu: Gymnase Michel Leblanc
Centre communautaire Sainte-Anne (715 rue Priestman)
Coût: $25 par saison
Si tu veux participer, tu dois compléter les étapes suivantes:
1. REMPLIR LE FORMULAIRE D’INSCRIPTION

*Tu dois envoyer un virement interac de $25 à [email protected] pour compléter le formulaire. SVP envoyez-moi un message privé pour m’avertir que vous avez envoyé le virement pour que je puisse confirmer que le montant à été reçu.
SI TU NE REMPLIS PAS LE FORMULAIRE, TU NE PEUX PAS PARTICIPER.
2. SUIVRE LES RÈGLEMENTS COVID-19
- La première personne qui arrive doit se présenter à la réception. La personne à la réception ira débarrer la porte au bas de l'escalier pour le gymnase Michel-LeBlanc. La porte va demeurer débarrée jusqu’à l’heure de début de l’activité (donc 19h30). Après, les participants seront responsables de faire entrer les personnes en re**rd s’il y a lieu.
- Il n’y aura aucun accès aux vestiaires. Donc, les participants doivent arriver au gymnase avec leurs habits de sport. Seulement leurs bottes d’hiver pourront être remplacées par des chaussures qui conviennent aux exigences du gymnase.
- Le port du masque est obligatoire dans les corridors du CCSA, mais qu’à l’intérieur du gymnase vous pouvez (si vous le désirez) enlever votre masque.
- Le port du masque est obligatoire dans l’entrepôt pour récupérer l'équipement.
- Les participants auront l’option de porter un masque durant l’activité s’ils le souhaitent.
- Seulement les participants autorisés auront accès au gymnase pendant l’activité. Les spectateurs seront interdits.
- Les gourdes d’eau seront obligatoires et les participants auront accès à la station de remplissage d’eau pour remplir leur gourdes d’eau.
- Tous les autres règlements seraient partagés durant la session.

In order to participate you need to follow these instructions:

*You will need to send an etransfer of $25 to [email protected]
in order to complete the form. Please private message me when you have sent it, so I can confirm receipt of payment.
IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM YOU CANNOT PLAY.
2. FOLLOW THE COVID-19 RULES
-The first person who arrives must present themselves at the reception. The receptionist will unlock the door at the bottom of the stairs to give access to the Michel-LeBlanc gymnasium. The door will remain unlocked until the start of the activity (7:30 pm). Afterwards, the participants are responsible to let in those who are late.
- You need to arrive with your gym clothes on. There is no access to locker rooms. Bring your gym shoes so you can put them on when you arrive in the gym.
- Wearing of a mask is mandatory in the hallways of the CCSA. If desired, you can take it off once you enter the gym.
- Wearing a mask is obligatory to retrieve the equipment in the storage area.
- All participants will have the option to wear a mask if they wish to do so during the session.
- Only authorized participants will have access to the gym during the badminton session. Spectators or guests are not allowed.
- There will be a water refill station to refill your water bottle. No water fountains will be available.
- All other rules will be explained on site.
