Santa Claus Parade starts at 630pm

Come out and enjoy roasting marshmallows by an open fire, kids can decorate their favourate cupcakes, enjoy live local music, food vendors for your cotton candy and freshly made donuts, and many non-food vendors. Please check back often as we will be adding more information as we transform the Town of Essex into an annual, traditional family Christmas event that you will want to attend every year!

We are feeling incredibly grateful today 💛

On behalf of the Essex Santa’s Village Committee, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing community. Your support, generosity, and holiday spirit are what bring Santa’s Village to life each year. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

I would also like to recognize and thank our dedicated committee. This event exists because of your passion, creativity, and countless hours of hard work. As Chair, I am so proud of what we’ve built together in such a short time.

We are incredibly honoured to have been nominated by Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island for a regional tourism award. To be considered among the best holiday events in Essex County is something we do not take lightly, and we are deeply appreciative of the recognition.

Congratulations to the Windsor Festival of Lights on their well deserved win! It’s inspiring to be recognized alongside such an incredible event.

✨ YES — the event is 100% ON!
✨ YES — everything is running exactly as scheduled!

We know there’s been some confusion online, but rest assured:
👉 Santa’s Village is NOT cancelled.
👉 We are fully open and ready for an amazing day.

And honestly? The snowfall is just making the Village look extra magical. ❄️✨
It feels like a Hallmark movie outside and we’re leaning ALL the way in.
