Another perfectly timed action shot, this time from the 'farmer relay race' where teams race to exchange farm clothing. Much to our crowd's enjoyment, some of the clothes are sewn short on the legs or sleeves.

Meet Clementine Marshall. She is a part of the Almaguin District Aggies and enjoys volunteering throughout the community and other communities. Her favorite part of the Fair is the food and games. She loves to be apart of her community and is very community oriented! Way to go, Clementine!

Built in 1988, the half enclosed building behind the playground at ECC was the poultry hub of our fair for many years. Locals would bring their favourite hens, roosters, geese, ducks and turkeys to be judged and adored by fairgoers of all ages.
Due to a major decline in entrants and tightened agricultural regulations, we no longer hold a poultry show at our annual fair, however the storage space holds essential fair equipment like signs, benches, the stage and fencing. We are very grateful to the Township of Perry who provide us with four storage spaces within easy reach of the fairgrounds.
Feel free to use this area as a cool shaded retreat while you're at the playground or on fair day. Thanks to those in the community who came together in 1988 to build it!

One last plea! We have until 8pm tonight to have 50 people or else we will need to cancel this fundraiser!
