The Elmira Maple Syrup Festival builds and strengthens community spirit through the involvement of a large number of locals in planning and operating a one day maple syrup Festival. Over 2,000 volunteers work hard to make this Festival happening, and approximately 70,000 people attend every year. Participation in the fun-filled day raises funds to support local charities and non-profit organizatio

ns. Since 1965, the Festival continues to promote our community, surrounding areas and local maple syrup producers.
