Edmonton Indie Music Scene Foundation Edmonton Indie Music Scene Foundation is an outgrowth of the previously existing Facebook group "Edmonton Indie Music Scene".

Our purpose is to continue to help promote our local independent music scene. Our first project is to revive the Norwood Fesival.

We have started moving forward with our non profit and Norwood Wesleyan to re-start the Norwood fest.

There is a grant for 10k from the city of Edmonton that both the church and the non profit will being applying for from the city for the event. And if we can dream up other events that will draw at least 100 people to them (the qualification of the grant) we can apply for grants for them all as long as we apply by April 15.
