Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🍂🧡

Definitely in the Thanksgiving and fall mood with this one:

This setup for Amazon DYB3 brought all the autumn vibes with warm seasonal colours, pumpkins, leaves, balloons, and marquee letters — such a fun way to bring a little fall into the space!

Such a fun setup for this time of year!

More than one photo op can completely change how guests experience an event!

For the Farmfair President’s Reception, we created multiple photo moments throughout the space, including this cozy Alberta cowboy-meets-Mexican-vaquero setup.

Having different areas gives guests more opportunities to stop, take photos, and actually enjoy the décor without everyone crowding around one backdrop. It also adds interest throughout the venue and creates more little moments worth sharing.

More photo ops = more memories, more photos, and a lot more personality throughout the event!

This celebration meant a lot then, and it means even more to us now!

His family knew exactly what would make the celebration feel like him — a 50s-inspired party with lots of nods to his life around vehicles and love for muscle cars! We took that idea and had so much fun building the whole look around it with muscle car details, retro diner touches, vintage pieces, records, suitcases, and bold balloon styling.

I already loved the whole vintage direction, but this setup became even more meaningful with time: It ended up being his last birthday celebration, and the following year we had the honour of creating one of the most special setups we have ever done — a heartfelt tribute for his Celebration of Life 💙

Being trusted to be part of both moments — one so joyful and one so emotional — was incredibly special, and something we will always cherish!

⚾️ The very first Field of Dreams Gala! ⚾️

We loved creating the décor for the first “Field of Dreams” Gala for the Riverhawks Community Foundation, bringing the baseball theme to life throughout the event in a fun and playful way.

We designed a home plate-inspired welcome photo op, placed jumbo baseball balloons throughout the event space, and created a large balloon installation for the stage. Each setup was finished with bats, balls, gloves, and all the little baseball details that tied the whole look together.

It was especially nice to return this past August for the Foundation’s second event, now the Field of Dreams Festival, and create balloon décor throughout the space once again!

As Riverhawks and baseball fans ourselves, we love the energy their games bring to Edmonton and how much fun they add to the summer season in our city!

Locally grown!

For this baby shower, we gave the farmers market idea a softer, chic twist with warm neutrals, sage greens, fresh produce, florals, baskets, gingham, and all those little market-style details.

We created the main backdrop, styled the goodies table, and carried the theme through to the entrance so the whole celebration felt fresh, natural, and beautifully put together.

Saddle up for the sweetest first rodeo!

For this birthday, we took the cowboy theme in a softer, earthier and rustic direction with warm neutrals, a barn backdrop, and all the little country details that made it feel extra fun — hay bales, rope, lanterns, cactus accents, and of course, a horse joining the party!

A little western, a little rustic, and a whole lot of first-rodeo cuteness 🤠

🌲One wild year for these two!🌲

For this twin first birthday, we brought the wild forest to life with a cozy cabin-inspired setup filled with pine trees, snowy touches, mountains, woodland animals, stacked firewood, and all the little details that made it feel like a tiny forest escape.

A little rustic, a little playful, and such a sweet way to celebrate one year of Ganeev & Gursahib!

Our marquee letter setups — marquee letters + balloons — are always a great statement piece for any event. Stage décor, welcome displays, photo ops… you name it!

And honestly, marquee letters and balloons just belong together. The balloons are what bring in the colour, depth, personality, and theme, giving the letters that final touch that makes the whole setup feel complete.

One brings the structure, the other brings the personality. Match made…Call it a design love story! 🩷

Alberta cowboy meets Mexican cowboy!

For the Farmfair President’s Event, we blended the rugged, rustic charm of the Alberta cowboy with the bold, colourful spirit of the Mexican vaquero. Warm earth tones, rich and vibrant colours, and sunny golden accents came together to create a lively palette that felt both Western and festive.

From the custom photo backdrop and stage marquee setup to the second photo op, entrance welcome décor, and centrepieces throughout the room, every detail celebrated the unique character of both cowboy styles.

Such a fun theme to bring to life — rustic, vibrant, colourful, and full of personality!
