Amazing Polar Bear Plunge 2023! What a way to start the new year on January 1st, first time after the pandemic ended.
450 people plunged. Water temperature 5°C, but still icy. Weather temperature 7°C.
Thank you to the new and seasoned hearts who braved the ice cold waters of Pacific Ocean.

Prisijunkite prie LT komandos!

Jubiliejinis renginys vyks pirmąją Naujųjų Metų Dieną, sausio 1d, 2023, Centenial Paplūdimyje, Boundary įlankoje.

- Maudysimės 13:00 val., jeigu Deltos miestelio organizuojamas renginys bus ir vėl atšauktas dėl pandemijos. Po maudynių bendrausime šiltose patalpose ir dalinsimės įspūdžiais.

- Jeigu visuotinės maudynės bus organizuojamos, registracija prasidės 12:00 val., dalyviai rinksis prie vandens apie 12:45, maudynės prasidės 1:00 val.

Patarimai:
1. Atvykite anksčiau, nevėluokite dėl parkingo
2. Avėkite batus
3. Nepamirškite maudymosi kostiumėlių, rankšluoščių, foto aparatų
4. Termosas su kava ar arbata - nebloga mintis
5. Nepamirškite LT atributikos!

This annual event will take place at Boundary Bay’s Centennial Beach on New Year’s Day, Jan 1st, 2023.

- We will take a plunge at 1:00pm, if the public event is canceled again because of covid pandemic. Afterwards, we will socialize in a warm place.

- If the public event held by Delta returns this year, registration will begin at 12:00 pm, swimmers will congregate along water's edge at 12:45, and the swimming will start at 1:00 o’clock.

Tips:
1. Arrive early - parking fills up fast
2. Wear swim shoes
3. Don’t forget swimsuit, towel, warm change of clothes, camera, optional costume
4. Maybe bring a thermos of hot chocolate or coffee?
5. Don't forget yellow, green, and red!
