19 Wing Community Day

19 Wing Community Day Drop in to the Fitness and Community Centre (Multi-Purpose Room) to learn about base clubs, PSP, Health Promotions, and the MFRC.

Wednesday October 14th 1500h-1730h at the 19 Wing Fitness and Community Centre. REXSPO is an annual day of fun that brings together active and retired CF members from the whole 19 Wing Comox community. The day promotes building ties within our community and joining the available clubs, recreation programs, sports teams, and volunteering. So come out, get active, and get involved!
