Congratulations Lacey Blouin 🤎
I am so thrilled to introduce to you, our contestants running to be our 2026 Miss Benalto Stampede! Today I will introduce them in alphabetical order by first name.
Lacey Blouin✨
Raised in the western way of life, Lacey Blouin developed a deep-rooted love
for rodeo, horses, and agriculture from a young age. Growing up in a family
passionate about horses and rodeo, she spent countless hours alongside her dad
at ropings, where she developed her own love for team roping and eventually
breakaway roping. That early start carried into her involvement in 4-H and
junior rodeo, while continuing to develop her horsemanship through lessons
and time in the reining pen. When she’s not competing, she enjoys trail riding
and working with her young Quarter Horses.
Lacey is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agribusiness at
Olds College and works in the western fashion industry. Outside of school and
work, she enjoys helping on the family farm and staying involved in her
community.
In 2025, Lacey had the honour of serving as the Cochrane Lions Rodeo Queen.
Through this experience, she discovered a passion for promoting rodeo,
connecting with people from all walks of life, and representing the western
lifestyle. As a contestant for Miss Benalto Stampede 2026, she is excited for the
opportunity to celebrate western heritage and represent the small-town values
and traditions that make rodeo such an important part of Alberta’s culture.
