What a night.
Yesterday, we had the honour of celebrating Sydney and Michael as they officially became husband and wife at the Chatham Armoury.
After 11 years together, these two share the kind of love that is rooted in friendship, trust, and genuinely enjoying life together. One of the most touching moments of the day was hearing them read letters they had written to each other when they were just 16 years old. It was a beautiful reminder of how far they have come together and yet how that young love has stayed with them with so much vibrance.
One of my favourite memories happened during rooftop photos. Mike was hot, so we escaped to a little room off the rooftop with some fans so he could cool down and dry off. It was hilarious. Sydney untied Mike’s perfectly tied bowtie, and he immediately reminded her how long it had taken him to get it just right. As he stood there retying it while using my phone as a mirror, the banter between them was nonstop. They had me laughing the entire time.
That little moment summed them up perfectly. They are best friends. They have fun together. They are completely themselves with each other.
Sydney and Mike, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a beautiful day. Your love story is something special, and we wish you a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and happiness.

There were so many compliments on the food by our in-house phenomenal chefs, Tina & Tony, of Lentinas Catering. The dessert table was absolutely amazing with so many family favorites, lovingly baked by the bride's mom and grandmother. The gorgeous floral centrepieces were by . The signage was printed by and made sure Mike & Syd's vision came to life. 🤍 AND hats off to our amazing bartenders who kept the drinks flowing all night. You all are truly da best!!!
