30 years of the Greatest Kitchen Party on PEI just got even bigger.

We're celebrating three decades of the PEI Shellfish Festival's legendary Kitchen Party, and this lineup is one for the books:

🎶 Liam Corcoran was just added!

Plus special guest cameos from Richard Wood, Vintage, and Encore Dance And yes, there's still word of a possible special guest addition on top of that. This party isn't done growing yet.

Twelve chefs from across Canada and as far away as Osaka are coming to Charlottetown to find out who can do the most impressive things with PEI shellfish.

The Garland Canada International Chef Challenge returns as the PEI International Shellfish Festival celebrates its 30th anniversary from September 17th–20th.

Competitors from Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Montréal, PEI and Japan will face off for the biggest prize of the weekend: some serious bragging rights and $10,000.
