The weather here has been cool so we’ve been daydreaming of cozy knits and Allium is perfect answer to this slow-start-Spring. With all over cables, this classic cardigan is smart but casual and perfect for these rainy days. The pattern calls for Softyak DK which is an absolute delight. Cables, cardigan, and navy blue Softyak? Yes, please!

Sheldon always finds the best places to nap! We found him sleeping in a yarn basket this morning when we came in to work. He was waiting to share a little update with everyone .... The shop is now open 7 days a week. Our Monday - Saturday hours are 10AM - 5PM and Sunday we're open from 12PM - 5PM. Pop on in for a visit! Sheldon would be very happy to help plan a project with you!

The Farm Kids are out early enjoying the sunshine and green grass. They wanted to let everyone know that the shop is open for Victoria Day until 5PM and they think it would be wonderful if you'd stop by for a shop visit! We have a variety of beautiful wool yarns made right on site as well as an assortment of luscious fibre blends from Rowan Yarn.

Sheldon has been up to more shenanigans for the shop. He's been busy packing up something new. He knows we have a lot of knitting magazine lovers out there so he's created Blind Date With A Book Bundles. Each bundle contains one Rowan Magazine, one Laine Magazine, and one Rowan Four Projects Booklet. These are currently only available in-shop so pop by for a visit and check out what Sheldon's been up to!

As many of you know, we’re doing a quarterly Canadian Collaboration this year with and 💗 This quarter is a nautical vibe. We have kits for the Mine! Beanie and Pullover from Grey Owl and the treasure from Firefly Notes is a Whale tin with shell stitch markers. There are only a few kits left so get them while you can!
