On this day, 70 years ago, Allen and Johanna (my grandparents ❤️) were married just south of Fogorig in Prince Edward County. This photo holds so much joy, and little did they know then, all the memories and moments to come.

Our greatest hope is to foster a space for your family stories- whether a new beginning in a wedding or a birth, a celebration to honour those who we love and have passed, truly any reason you may have to gather with your family and friends.

Simply put, we can’t wait to meet you and bring your day to life.

If you’ve driven by the property in May, you’ll know what we are most excited about next month!

For a few short weeks, the front field of the property is filled with soft lilac blooms in a variety of colours and the kind of scent that stops you in your tracks.

If you’ve been dreaming about a spring wedding or event, this is your moment.

Late May through early June is when everything comes to life in the most beautiful way. Whomever scoops up these dates is in for pure magic.

We’re now booking tours throughout May (highly recommend seeing it in person ✨) and have openings for 2027 and 2028 for those peak bloom weekends.

Fogorig is a female-owned and operated hospitality business, and starting this journey has been equal parts exciting, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I’m thinking about all the women across hospitality and beyond who are creating opportunities, leading teams, and building something of their own. The industry is stronger because of the creativity, resilience, and perspective women bring to it every day.

This is just the beginning for Fogorig, and I’m proud to be building it as part of this community.
