If you are thinking about participating, we highly recommend applying sooner rather than later to ensure your brand gets reviewed and approved before spaces sell out.

The good news? You can apply now and secure access to future discount deadlines outlined in our application process, including:

✅ BUSTED.
You might have seen some individuals being more carefree about cross contamination — those individuals are likely NOT celiac.
For individuals with celiac disease, cross contamination is a very serious issue.
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease, but the severity can be very similar to someone with a severe allergy. Even tiny amounts of gluten from shared fryers, cutting boards, toasters, utensils, prep surfaces, or crumbs can trigger a reaction.
Symptoms can range from:
• Severe stomach cramps
• Migraines
• Rashes
• Fatigue
• Ulcers
• Brain fog
• Digestive distress
• And many other painful symptoms
For some individuals, symptoms can last DAYS or even WEEKS after exposure.
This is why the gluten-free community takes cross contamination so seriously. It’s not about being “picky” — it’s about protecting their health and avoiding extremely uncomfortable reactions.
A little extra care can make a huge difference for someone living with celiac disease 💜
