We're officially one month away from opening registration for the .

Today, we signed with as our exclusive hotel provider.
When registration opens, there will be an easy to follow link to book a room at the low rate of $149.00 per night.( less than $110 USD)
The room rate also gets you breakfast vouchers to make sure you're fueled up for the day.
The hotel boasts 188 rooms, including some that are pet friendly.
Along with an indoor waterslide, pool and hot tub, there is of course the casino, several restaurants and The Chrome Room, where all types of entertainment events take place.

is a short $16-$20 ($12-$15 USD) Uber ride from the hotel.

We've all got a closet full of meet day T-shirts, so we wanted to mix it up at the .

All competitors will get custom dog tags to commemorate the day.

There's lots going on behind the scenes to make the day a great one.

Calgary is an incredible city to hold this meet for a multitude of reasons.

The first of several awards we're going to talk about is the "Meat Grinder"

That rep that just won't go, but just....won't...stop, either.

Time appears to stand still. The crowd comes unhinged. The spotters prepare for battle.

They're hugely entertaining to watch, and crushing to the CNS....so lets make it worth something.

The lifter with the most impressive grind of the meet (that results in 2 or more white lights) will take home the award and some bucks in their pocket.
