We are pleased to announce John Gorman, President of Westinghouse Electric Canada, as a featured speaker at the Executive Conference of Global Energy Show Canada 2026.

John will be speaking in the session “Choosing Canada’s Nuclear Technology Path.”

As President of Westinghouse Canada, John leads all external affairs in the country and is responsible for driving strategic growth across the company’s full suite of products and services. His career includes serving as President & CEO of the Canadian Nuclear Association, where he oversaw government affairs, research, communications, and industry leadership. Prior to that, he was President & CEO of the Canadian Solar Industries Association and held senior roles at Empower Energies.

John is also a founding member of the Canadian Council on Renewable Energy and has served on the boards of several community and corporate organizations, including one of Canada’s largest electric utilities.

We are pleased to announce Stastia West, President & Country Chair of Shell Canada Ltd., as a featured speaker at the Executive Conference of Global Energy Show Canada 2026.

Stastia will be speaking in the session “Global Gas Outlook: Demand, LNG Trade and Canada’s Opportunity.” With more than 25 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and LNG sectors, Stastia has built deep expertise in business development, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. As President and Country Chair, she oversees Shell’s business performance across Canada and also serves as Vice President, Canada Integrated Gas, responsible for Shell’s upstream business and governance of Shell’s 40% interest in LNG Canada. Her leadership has been central to ensuring Shell’s readiness for LNG Canada start‑up and the development of competitive gas supply.

Her career with Shell spans senior commercial and leadership roles in Canada, the United States, and Australia, including work across land, strategy, finance, commercial operations, and mergers and acquisitions. She has served on several Shell Boards and is the senior sponsor for Shell Canada’s Indigenous Network. Stastia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
