While at Stampede, you're invited to visit the Elbow River Camp located at ENMAX Park on the east side of the Scotiabank Saddledome at Stampede Park, The Elbow River Camp has been a major part of the Calgary Stampede since inception in 1912. It is a great way for visitors to experience First Nations traditions and cultures first hand. Powwow dancing, contests, hand games, pageants and more. If you are interested in First Nations this is a must see. Admission is free with your Park admission.

Two exciting Stampede experiences, one unique event!

GMC Stadium will roar to life Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., as Indigenous athletes from across Canada and the U.S. showcase heart pounding rodeo action and lightning-fast relay races at the inaugural Calgary Stampede First Nations Rodeo & Relay, in partnership with the Indian National Finals Rodeo (INFR) and with the support of Elbow River Camp Tipi Holder advisors from Treaty 7 First Nations.

Join in on this shared celebration - everyone is welcome! Tickets go on sale Monday, March 23 at 10 a.m.
