Can condominium board members attend ACR?

Short answer: Yes.

There is nothing in Alberta condo legislation that restricts board members from attending industry conferences, training sessions, or educational events. In fact, it’s generally encouraged.

Board members have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of their corporation—and that includes staying informed.
