Across the world – and especially here in North America – the voices of people who often go unheard are now impossible to ignore. Personal stories that usually go untold are making international headlines, and the concept of systemic unfairness is a starting to gain the attention it deserves. I am so proud of the way our community came together to support an incredible charity supporting local Edmonton at risk youth (YESS!) Thanks to the incredible generosity of our amazing supporters we raised $1,200.00 though donations and our silent auction tonight. I am blown away of how willing everyone was to come out and support.
