We refused to believe it. How could this happen to a guy who was universally loved, and had more talent in his pinky finger than most of us have in our whole body? None of it makes sense, and it never will. The shock will dull…but we will never get over this loss. 💔
As a founding partner in Deep Space Disco, Paul Johnson played an integral role in making the event happen, from start to finish.
To honour the work and love he poured into the community, every dollar from Deep Space Disco beyond production costs is going straight to a charity chosen by his son that will be donated in Paul’s name. We’re also funding a Calgary Parks memorial bench (location to be chosen by Paul’s family), so we all have a permanent spot to go sit and remember him by.
The impact he made on our lives is permanent, and we will carry his memory in our hearts forever.
