Our glorious facility is in a bit of a dead zone, which can be a real blessing when you want to escape the realities of your everyday, but a complete disadvantage when trying to stay connected and informed! We thankfully have Starlink on site, and near the kitchen, you will find the best signal. The password is PrenticeCreek.

Hi everyone!

Each of the teams are assigned a specific set of stalls, they get to choose which stalls become feed rooms, tack rooms, and horse stall. As we will be doing the draw for horses on each team on Monday evening, and horses will be arriving before then, we ask that you place the horses in either the indoor barn C, or the temporary stabling at the far end of the main parking lot where the campers are set up, Equine Alley. Provide them with their basic needs and light shavings, as the teams will be making their beds, literally and figuratively!

Items that are crossed off will not be supplied and likely not required, but if you feel you need it and have room to take it, no one will stop you. Items that are checked will be supplied, but of course, if you have a favorite saddle soap and would like to bring it, you sure can! The list may update as suggestions come in, so please check it before your final pack!

Hello everyone! I'm getting some great questions with regards to itinerary, accommodations, and general excitement for preparation of this occasion! With our facility hosting horse trials and myself being the assistant show secretary and treasurer, I will be a big preoccupied until July 10th, but immediately following, there will be a draft itinerary, announcements for instructors, and my fullest attention directed to the rally!

For now, I can say that there is a very high likelihood that enough campers will be acquired to provide accommodations for all of the teams. Of course if you feel better booking a hotel, ensure that it has a great cancellation policy that doesn't charge you if we have a warm bed on site! Thanks again!
