Introducing Spring Fling 5, 10, 15 Saturday, April 18th!

Gentle trails for those learning about trail running; some elevation changes but little in the way of rocks or roots to contend with. As with all Excel Running series races you can expect tasty post race food, great giveaways (stay tuned!!), and a healthy amount of witty commentary thrown in :)
