PARKING 🚗⬇️
We are expected for a very large turnout again this year. Unfortunately the ONLY parking on the grounds is going to be available to the sponsors, vendors, and show organizers.
‼️ Please have respect for our gate volunteers who will be taking care of this ‼️
Profanity and disrespect will not be tolerated or you will NOT be welcome onto the grounds at all.
➡️ If you do not have a Parking ticket or window card, your vehicle will NOT be entering. Jenn has instructed the gate staff that there will be absolutely no exceptions to this so they will not be radioing anyone for clarification. All tickets have gone out via TicketScene. Make sure you have them with you. No ticket, no entry.
➡️ Parking will be available along Park Ave this year. Please pull in or back into a parking space along the fence. Do not parallel park as this takes up more space. Please respect the neighbouring houses and do not park on their side of the road.
➡️ Handicap parking is available onsite but is limited. Proof of handicap parking pass must be provided at the gate.

A reminder to the public that the Burford Fairgrounds is private property. We are happy to keep the grounds open for members of the community to enjoy activities such as walking dogs and spending time outdoors.
Recently there has been a incident involving ATVs being driven on the property. This is considered trespassing and can create safety concerns, property damage and liability issues for the Burford Agricultural Society & Fairgrounds.
We ask that the public respect the property and refrain from bringing ATVs or other motorized vehicles onto the grounds. We value being able to keep the gates open for the community to enjoy. However, if these incidents continue, we may be forced to restrict access or close the gates entirely.
We appreciate the cooperation and support of our community in helping keep the fairgrounds safe and accessible for everyone
