Event Operations Crew Member (Contract Position)
Canadian Triple Crown Series – National Motocross Championship
The Canadian Triple Crown Series, Canada’s premier professional motocross championship, is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Event Operations Team on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, traveling to major sporting events, and being part of the team that delivers Canada’s highest level of motocross competition.

Position Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and site preparation before race weekends.
Support sponsor activations, presentations, and event production requirements.
Help install and remove signage, structures, fencing, and event infrastructure.
Assist with podium presentations, ceremonies, and special event activities.
Support event staff with operational tasks throughout race weekends.
Participate in event teardown and site cleanup following each event.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a professional event experience for competitors, sponsors, and spectators.

Ideal Candidate
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and event schedules.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
Willing to travel extensively throughout Canada during the race season.
Basic understanding of motocross, motorsports, or event operations is considered an asset.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel and work weekends.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
