Let’s hear it for Rob Hope’s All Star Squad – the big winners of this years Kirk’s Sandlot Charity 3-Pitch Tournament!

We can’t thank all the amazing players, families, and supporters enough for showing up and making this tournament so special. Every swing, cheer, and smile helped carry on Kirk’s legacy in the best way.

TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! ⚾️⚾️

We’re excited to see everyone tomorrow for the official third year of Kirk’s Sandlot!

📍Our event is located at the Ennismore Community Centre (Arena), 553 Ennis Road, Ennismore, ON.

Here are a few important details you may need to know…

Event Reminders:

- This is a CASH ONLY event.

- Food: Peameal on a bun will be available in the morning, with BBQ for lunch.

What to Bring:

- Water bottles (hydration is key!)

- Shade tents, outdoor chairs, and blankets

- Sunscreen

- Your own coolers (we’ll have lots of ice available)

Extras:

We’ll have a Kids Zone with free freezies and temporary tattoos.

Raffle and 50/50 draws will take place after 2:30 pm.

A Few Final Notes:

Please be respectful—this is a charity event meant to be fun and lighthearted.

Remind to players and fans to keep your areas tidy and clean up after yourselves throughout the day.

We need your help! 🚨 The Kirk’s Sandlot Tournament is coming up soon on Saturday, August 23rd and we’re still looking for raffle prizes to make the day extra amazing!

Have the opportunity to represent you or your business at a fun, local event to raise money for youth sports.

You can:
📍 Drop off at designated spots in Peterborough or Ennismore
🚗 Have us pick it up from you
📦 Bring it the day of — just let us know what it is ahead of time!

So anyone still wanting to play on Saturday, August 23rd but didn’t have the chance to get on a team or make a full team … LET US KNOW! We will place you on one that feels right out of our 12 teams confirmed. (And you will likely know your new teammates)

It’s raffle prize time! 📣📣 We’re now collecting donations for The Kirk’s Sandlot Charity 3-Pitch Tournament happening Saturday, August 23rd at the Ennismore Community Centre — be part of a fun-filled day in memory of our beloved friend and teammate Kirk Chambo.

Donating a prize can be a great way for your business to be represented at a meaningful community event OR maybe you just get the warm and fuzzies helping out a good cause ❤️

All proceeds will go to Kirk’s Sandlot Fund, helping young athletes access the support they need to play the sports they love.

This year’s ‘GRAND SLAM’ Prizes include:
🏒 Toronto Maple Leafs Tickets
⚾ Toronto Blue Jays Club Level Tickets

Friends and family — if you’re able to donate a prize or want to donate, we’d be so grateful! Kirk’s Team is able to arrange pickup, or you’re welcome to drop off to us in the Peterborough or Ennismore area. (We just ask that you please confirm if you will be bringing it the day of so we can include signage)

Message or email us to offcially submit your prize, include any details you have or can say “I plan on donating just not sure yet.” And then we are able to check in with you closer to confirm 🙃
