Sometimes we take the simple things for granted that are easy to do. Not everyone can find simple tasks easy. Imagine living in the dark because you can't reach your lightbulbs or being in the heat because you can't climb a ladder to clean the fan. Its an easy job to do and takes very little effort if you have no disabilities. Check with a senior that you know and see if there is a small task you can help with. A little kindness goes along way!
