Well after recent discussions with the current venue, prices are going up again and they are throwing in all sorts of extra charges plus security requirements. So basically they're doubling our costs so we regretfully inform our airsoft community that we will not be holding WAC 2027 due to the increased costs. We'd like to thank everyone for their support over the years. To our players, our vendors and our wonderful sponsors. We thank you all.

Hello,

I just wanted to send a note of thanks after the airsoft convention.

My 16-year-old son, James, just received his first airsoft gun for Christmas and had been looking forward to this event for quite some time. As a parent, it was truly wonderful to see him so excited and passionate about something. He came home absolutely thrilled and kept saying how awesome the event was.

What stood out most to us was how welcoming and supportive everyone was. From participants to vendors, people were kind, patient, and genuinely willing to take the time to explain things and offer advice to a young person who is just getting started. Even the folks selling at the tables were incredibly approachable and generous with their knowledge.

Thank you so much for all the work, planning, and effort that went into running this event. You created a positive and encouraging environment, and it made a big impression on my son.

Well thats a wrap folks! Another westman airsoft con, come and gone. We had some super awesome sponsors, great vendors, and of course we couldn't put this event on without all of our players. A huge thank you to everyone, once again for making WAC 2026 a success. If anyone has any photos they took and want to drop on here, feel free.

Just a note for players, try to avoid setting up in the west hallway / main entrance area as this is where all of our vendors will be setting up. You are more than welcome to use the north, east and south hallways. And then if there is room left after the vendors set up. You can then use the remainder of the west hallway. Thank you for your cooperation!

Just a reminder that etransfers for prepaid admissions, if you so choose to do so, will only be accepted until friday Jan.2nd by 5pm. Otherwise just pay at the door when you register. CASH ONLY. No debit. There are ATMs in the building and across the street. See your all there! Pew pew!

Just a reminder as well. This year we will have an A side and a B side. A side will be the usual lot of people and games. The B side will be for new players, young players, casual players, for more relaxed games. So if you have friends or kids that want to try out airsoft indoors the B side is perfect for that. And if they end up wanting more of a challenge, any time they can move up to the A side. Kind of like a bunny hill when skiing.
Looking forwards to seeing alot of new faces this year!
