Hello All,

We realize you are all extremely busy with Regional Competition right now, but the DEADLINES are here for inside stabling as we start the count down to the show.

“ALL ELITE INDOOR STABLING SPONSORSHIPS and STALL ESTIMATES” were due last week on May 20.
************************************************
If your stable has not finished paying and/or submitting stall requirements for the stabling sponsorship, please reach out to us immediately as we are OVERDUE with our commitment to the facility. Brandon has to order rental stalls from their vendors.

You should have been emailed an elite stabling sponsorship invoice form a few weeks ago with a May 20 due date.

If you need to reach me directly, or did not receive an invoice, please do not hesitate !

LAST CHANCE TO GET STALLS INDOORS!!

We are at our deadline for 2026 indoor stabling!

This means if you wish to be stabled inside as an ELITE SPONSOR we need to hear from you now.

For those that are already on the list, you should have received your invoice that is due by May 20th and you must have declared an estimated stall count.

Please email [email protected] to ensure you have a spot, to declare your estimated stall count and with any questions!

REMINDER as we have had many questions. An Equine Canada membership is required. If you carry a USEF membership, the Equine Canada membership is reciprocal at no charge.

Starting January 1, 2026, all NEW Half-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian foals with a Purebred Arabian parent will require DNA testing for their U.S and Canadian registrations.
