First of all, we'd like to thank every participating businesses/restaurant for your creativity and passion for this year's Bonavista Burger Battle. There was a slight error in the initial counting, the final total count of votes wasn't 422 as previously reported; it was a whopping 442!

Every burger had a large amount of support and votes, but only one came out on top of each category.
Without further ado, we are proud to present the winner of this year's Bonavista Burger Battle is:

Congratulations to Marsh's Take Out, for winning best burger of Bonavista in both traditional and non-traditional burger. CSF will be presenting a custom design Bonavista's Best Burger 2026 Trophy to Marsh's Take Out 🏆

We've counted the votes and the results are in; a whopping total of 442 votes were submitted for everyone's favorite burger of Bonavista!

The winners of the traditional and non-traditional burgers for our inaugural Bonavista Burger Battle will be announced tomorrow, and they be notified! Stay tuned.

FOG VS. FIREWORKS — PLEASE SHARE
Good news—the fireworks are still happening tonight!

Mother Nature has decided to throw a little fog our way, so we’re making a small adjustment. We’re planning to launch the fireworks around 9:30 p.m. as we are expecting better visibility, over Bonavista Harbour.
