BC Sport & Wilderness Show 2027 – UPDATE

After careful review of the market and overall show performance, we have made the decision to pause the BC Sport & Wilderness Show for 2027 while we evaluate the long-term direction of the event. While the event has a long history in the region, exhibitor and consumer sentiment has not been as strong as we typically see across our portfolio. With increased competition in the market, we believe our efforts are best focused on continuing to build and invest in our other Western Canadian events.
As part of that focus, our team will be concentrating on growing the Calgary Boat and Outdoors Show, the Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show, and the launch of our new show, the Manitoba Sport & Outdoor Show.

We truly appreciate your continued support of the BC Sport & Wilderness Show (historically the BC Sportsmen’s Show).

Another great show in the bag. Thanks, Abbotsford, and the BC Sport & Wilderness Show, for a great event. Now it's time to follow up with all the amazing people we chatted with. Lots of couples were interested in Africa at this show, including one couple wanting to pamper themselves a bit on their honeymoon. Have we got a place for that!

If you haven’t had the chance to meet these amazing ladies yet, be sure to track them down on the show floor this weekend. They are the powerhouse team working behind the scenes and on the front lines to make this event such a huge success year after year.

From planning and organizing to welcoming exhibitors and guests, their passion, hard work, and dedication are what bring the show to life. We’re so grateful for everything they do to create such an amazing experience for our community.
