Our event season abroad has already begun with part of our supervisors involved, but it was time to bring the entire team together for the annual Event/OPS Kick-Off of our 2026 season.

This Kick-Off is an opportunity to reconnect with our teams during an internal event that reflects our values. Anticipating needs, developing our projects, teamwork, continuous training, and of course… a bit of fun ! 🥳

Together, we enjoyed a sunny day with the following program :

✅Training on the evolving issue of drug use, oriented among the audiences we are responsible for, with Prof. Charlotte Colman (many thanks to her for her expertise!) 🧑‍🎓

✅Presentation of our organization and our new projects for 2026, in Belgium and abroad, including missions in two new countries. ✈️

✅Structure and functioning of our approach, along with improvements to our existing projects 👨‍💼

✅Tasting of Belgian sparkling wines 🥂

✅Walking dinner all together 🥘

Our event season kicked off last week in Alpe d’Huez with the 2026 edition of Tomorrowland Winter ! Glexso was responsible for organizing and coordinating safety, security as well as crowd management.

An incredible event and a real challenge, as teams have to adapt to both mountain settings and evening parties in the valley.

We are used to preparing major events for months in advance. Being meticulously prepared is part of our professional approach… Specific risks, different approaches depending on the layout and stages, and constantly changing weather conditions. And the weather itself was a real challenge this year ! ❄️💨

We would like to take the time to thank our amazing on-site team, who were able to adapt to the evolving situation each hour/day in order to implement effective and adaptive security measures from the moment the gates opened. 👏🥇

Last week, our team was in Sao Paulo for Tomorrowland Brasil. 👌🇧🇷

This event was the opportunity for our teams in charge of the world-renowned event in Belgium to provide support and expertise to our Brazilian colleagues.

Excellent teamwork with local players, they managed to work together efficiently, thus allowing them to find adequate solution to any problems encountered. 🔝

Last week, our team secured the brand new Magic Island Festival on the stunning island of Domaine Puyenbroeck in Wachtebeke. 🌴🎶

Thousands of visitors came together to enjoy an unforgettable experience in a space specially designed and transformed for the occasion.

Tomorrowland 2025 was a huge success ! 🤩🍾
Safely welcoming over 400,000 people on two weeks, thanks to the support of all teams involved.

As the preceding years, Glexso was responsible for organizing and coordinating safety, security as well as crowd management. 🙏

We are used to preparing major events for months in advance. Being meticulously prepared is part of our professional approach…
This edition has, of course, been a considerable challenge. The ability to adapt to circumstances, find solutions, and change plans multiple times are also part of what our partners expect from our service.

We would like to congratulate the Tomorrowland management, organizational and technical teams, who literally performed a miracle ! This is proof that no challenge is impossible for the TML Family !

Ten days ago, our festival season finally kicked off — and with the legendary TW Classic !
A fantastic lineup and a sunny day, during which our team made sure to safely welcome 60,000 people.

Two weeks ago, our team was in charge of setting up and coordinating the security of The Flanders Fields in Mechelen 👌🏻.
This international Taekwondo competition brought together 500 competitors from 14 different countries.

We are delighted to have been able to contribute with our expertise in hosting and managing the flow and access to this large-scale competition. 🔝

As Glexso has been involved in several sporting and social initiatives over the past year, we are also proud to have been able to support the organization as a sponsor of this superb event, enabling youngsters (and also adults) to practice their sport in the best possible conditions.
