Rolling my sleeves... and rolling the balls with coconut flakes and a yellow touch of curry spice! Several tastings for different Brussels event catering companies are around the corner! Hardly looking to get their constructive feedback. 🙏
In the meantime, work hard play hard😉

Why MrsCheezeandco.23? You may be wondering ;-) ...

For the record, I still work passionately on events. My clients often compliment me on a job well done, but also on the smile that goes with it. So I came up with the idea of phonetically associating my little cheese ballekes with Mrs Smile! Cheese being at the heart of my ballekes and the smile, the great asset of hospitality that runs through my DNA ;-)

And then you'll tell me, why yellow & green? Quite simply because they're my favourite colours! They evoke the sun and Mother Nature; the forest, mother earth, manioc growing under the colours of the Brazilian flag, patria amada, my 2nd favourite country!

As for 'and co' ... yes, I hope that one day my project will be yours, mine, ours!

I wish consumers, fans, supporters, suppliers, crowd funders and investors to join in the adventures of MrsCheeze! I love good company, human contact, 'babbeler' (chatting) and I'm a team player! That's why the 2 'e's are already enjoying a conversation!
