Final band announcement for Darken The Moon XVIII w/ CANDLEMASS, Shape of Despair : KA'UNA. These post-metallers are one of the bands emerging from Thurisaz, who played our fest twice. They are the local band on the bill, and with a new album almost out in September, we can expect quite a few unreleased tunes!

5th band announcement for Darken The Moon XVIII w/ CANDLEMASS, Shape of Despair. Please welcome Sun of the Dying. Bleak yet melodic doom death metal outta Spain. They released their third album 'A Throne Of Ashes' last year on AOP Records and will finally bring their doom to our stage!

We are immensely proud to announce classic doom metal veterans, the groundbreaking Candlemass as our headliners for this year's 18th edition of Darken The Moon XVIII w/ Shape of Despair.
Last year the band celebrated their 40th anniversary in style, and played a fantastic set at Alcatraz fest. This year they return to Kortrijk, to bring their doom to our stage. Please welcome them!!
